It has been inspiring to see others in the environmental movement taking steps to adapt their policies to meet a better work/life balance. The National Parks Conservation Association recently announced that they have moved to a 4-day work week, making this Social Media Content Manager position that might be remote ideal to apply for! As many companies and organizations around the world are already displaying, the future of work is meeting the moment of physical, mental, and emotional needs of staff. While at NWF we already support half day Fridays, I wonder if we will follow the lead and add our weight behind a #3dayweekend.
