Tribal people have a deep historical, cultural, traditional, and spiritual connection to bison stretching back thousands of years. The National Wildlife Federation shares a vision with a network of tribal and conservation partners to establish herds of genetically pure wild bison across the West and restore Native Americans' cultural connection to bison.

Please join us LIVE on Wednesday, November 17th at 3 p.m. ET for a sneak preview of a new feature-length documentary and a follow up interview with Jason Baldes, member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe from the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming, and Tribal Buffalo Program Manager for the Tribal Partnerships Program of the National Wildlife Federation and National Wildlife Federation Naturalist David Mizejeski.

The event will be live-streamed on both the National Wildlife Federation Facebook Page and the National Wildlife Federation YouTube Channel.

Bringing bison back to Tribal lands re-establishes cultural and historic connections to wildlife and the land, revitalizes habitat, and encourages a diversity of wildlife. Hope you can join this special event.
